Paul's (Try It You'll Like It) Cheesy Meat Loaf
Paul'S (Try It You'Ll Like It) Cheesy Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground meat, 3/4 c. catsup, 1/2 c. water, 1 small onion and 2 tbsp. mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 400°.
Dice onion into small pieces. Cut cheese into 1-inch squares. Mix eggs and all liquid ingredients in mixing bowl.
Salt and pepper beef. Crush the Zesta saltines. Add all the remaining ingredients and stir until completely mixed. Mixture should be very moist. Add a little more water, if needed. Mound mixture into a deep baking dish (about 2-inches high at center). Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes. Yields 3 to 4 servings.
