Patty's Pâté
Patty'S Pâté is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. chicken livers, cooked, 1 onion, 2 hard-boiled eggs, 3/4 c. applesauce and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Put melted butter in blender; add peeled onion.
Cook together the remaining ingredients (except eggs, bacon and applesauce).
Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Mix applesauce, bacon and eggs with butter mixture in blender, then add cooked liver mixture to blender.
Blend together and remove to a serving dish and chill.
Garnish with olives, parsley or your favorite garnish.
