Pat Valley's Hot Pepper Jelly
Pat Valley'S Hot Pepper Jelly is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. chopped hot green peppers, 3/4 c. chopped sweet peppers (i use 1 1/2 c.), 6 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar and 1 (6 oz.) bottle certo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mix peppers, sugar and vinegar.
