Pat's Chicken Dish
Pat'S Chicken Dish is an easy dinner. Made with 6 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned, 12 slices bacon, 1 regular size jar dried beef, 1 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1 can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cut chicken breasts in half.
Pound each to flatten. Roll up and wrap piece of bacon around each piece.
Do not overlap bacon. Use a large baking dish.
Line bottom of baking dish with dried beef.
Lay chicken on top. Combine the sour cream and soup.
Pour over top.
Cook, uncovered, at 275Β° for 3 hours.
