Pat's Chicken Dish
Pat'S Chicken Dish is an easy dinner. Made with 6 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned, 12 slices bacon, 1 regular size jar dried beef, 1 1/2 pt. sour cream and 1 can mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cut chicken breasts in half.
Pound each to flatten. Roll up and wrap piece of bacon around each piece.
Do not overlap bacon. Use a large baking dish.
Line bottom of baking dish with dried beef.
Lay chicken on top. Combine the sour cream and soup.
Pour over top.
Cook, uncovered, at 275Β° for 3 hours.
