Pat's Chicken
Pat'S Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, corned beef (slices), 1 c. sour cream, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and bacon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Line baking pan with corned beef slices (1 per breast).
Wrap bacon strips (uncooked) around each chicken breast (wrap as many strips around each breast as you want, usually 2 will be fine).
Mix sour cream with soup.
Pour mixture over chicken breasts in pan.
Bake at 250Β° for approximately 3 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes!!
