Mix cream cheese, 1 1/3 cups sugar, eggs and 1 tablespoon vanilla.
Pour into baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
Set aside for 20 minutes; leave oven on.
Mix sour cream, 6 tablespoons sugar and 2 tablespoons vanilla.
Pour on top of cake and spread.
Bake for 15 minutes.
