Pat's Blueberry Muffins
Pat'S Blueberry Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 1/3 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Add blueberries.
In another bowl, beat egg and milk; stir in margarine.
Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fill greased muffin cups two-thirds full.
Bake at 400Β° for 20 to 25 minutes or until muffins test done.
