Pastel Party Pie is an easy dinner. Made with 1 baked pie shell, 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries, 1 pkg. strawberry jello and 1 qt. vanilla ice cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Add water to juice of berries to make 2 1/2 cups.
Heat to boiling.
Dissolve jello in hot liquid.
Add 1 quart vanilla ice cream by spoonfuls, stirring, until melted.
Chill until thick, not set.
Fold in berries.
Pour into pie shell.
