Pasta with Zucchini
Pasta With Zucchini is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. pancetta or bacon, 1/4 c. olive oil, 3 cloves garlic, chopped fine, 1 1/2 lb. zucchini, cut julienne and well drained and 1/2 c. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat large frying pan and saute pancetta until clear.
Remove meat and fat from pan.
Drain and discard fat and set meat aside. Add oil to pan and saute garlic for just a minute.
Add zucchini and saute over high heat until it is hot, not mushy.
Add cream and stir.
