Pasta Spinach Salad
Pasta Spinach Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 oz. rigatoni or cavatelli, 2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped, 1/2 c. crumbled feta cheese, 1/3 c. low-calorie italian salad dressing and 1/4 c. sliced green onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain.
In a bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cheese, salad dressing, green onion and olives.
Toss gently to coat.
Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight for best results.
Sprinkle oregano, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange spinach on serving platter. Spoon pasta over spinach.
Serve.
