Pasta Sauce(Large Pot)
Pasta Sauce(Large Pot) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 cans tomato sauce, 2 large cans tomato paste, 1 medium onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. oregano and 1/2 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Saute onion in small amount of oil.
Add tomato paste.
Stir for a minute.
Add all other ingredients.
Then add 4 cans of water, using tomato paste can for measure.
Bring to boil.
Simmer 3 hours, stirring often.
Add 1/2 cup grated Italian cheese after cooking 1 hour.
(Meatballs can be made and cooked in sauce.)
