Pasta Salad
Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. shell pasta, 2 c. broccoli flowers, 1 c. cauliflower flowers, 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced and 6 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook pasta; rinse with cold water.
In large bowl, mix first 7 ingredients.
Toss with Italian dressing. Cover and chill several hours. At serving time, toss with tomato and avocado.
