Pasta Salad is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 box tri-color pasta, 2 medium carrots, cut in strips, 1 green pepper, cut in strips, 1 red pepper, cut in strips and 1 medium zucchini, cut in strips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook pasta as directed; drain.
(Add a small amount of butter or oil to prevent sticking.)
Saute vegetables in garlic powder and butter about 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add basil, salt and pepper.
Stir into pasta.
Add Italian dressing to taste. Toss well.
Can sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired.
