Pasta Salad
Pasta Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. tricolor pasta, 1/2 c. frozen peas, 3/4 c. chopped or sliced scallions, 8 oz. marinated mushrooms and 1/4 lb. salami, turkey sausage fowl, or shrimp, etc., this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook pasta; drain.
Mix in 1/2 cup Ken's or Wish-Bone Caesar dressing and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard and horseradish; marinate overnight.
Add all other ingredients.
Stir in Marie's sour cream and dill dressing (jar).
Makes 12 servings.
