Pasta Primavera
Pasta Primavera is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. bow tie pasta, 2 c. fresh vegetables, chopped, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. whipping cream and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
In 10-inch skillet, cook vegetables in 2 tablespoons of margarine for 4 to 5 minutes.
Melt remaining margarine in 3-quart pan over low heat.
Stir in whipping cream, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly. Add pasta, vegetables and Parmesan cheese.
Stir until thoroughly heated.
