Pasta Primavera
Pasta Primavera is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. carrots, cut in 1/2-inch chunks, 2 c. broccoli, cut in small florets, 1 c. zucchini (unpeeled), cut in 1/2-inch chunks, 4 c. cooked macaroni and 1/2 c. finely minced onions, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Steam vegetables until just tender-crisp (approximately 5 minutes for carrots and broccoli and 3 minutes for zucchini). Place in large bowl.
Add macaroni and onions and toss gently.
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, pepper, basil, oregano and garlic powder.
Add vegetable mixture.
Toss gently until well mixed.
Chill.
Serves 8.
