Pasta Jambalaya
Pasta Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. ground italian turkey, 8 oz. boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch pieces, 18 medium shrimp, shelled and deveined (may substitute 8 oz. mock crab or lobster), 2 c. green peppers, cut in strips and 1 c. chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In microwave, cook separately the sausage, chicken, onions and peppers (not quite tender).
Add cooked ingredients to kettle containing remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook fettucine until tender; drain.
