Pasta in a Pot
Pasta In A Pot is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. lean ground beef, 2 medium onions, 2 garlic cloves, 1 large jar ragu and 1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook beef, onion, garlic until brown.
Drain grease.
Put in sauce, undrained mushrooms; mix well.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Cook shells; drain.
Pour 1/2 shells into deep casserole, cover with 1/2 sauce.
Spread 1/2 sour cream over sauce.
Top with 1/2 Mozzarella and 1/2 Parmesan.
Repeat second layer.
Bake covered at 350Β° for 35 minutes.
I use more cheese.
