Pasta Fruit Salad
Pasta Fruit Salad is an moderately easy pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour 14 minutes. Made with c. medium pasta shells (uncooked), (20 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks, drained, large navel orange, peeled, sectioned and halved, c. red grapes, halved and c. green grapes, halved, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook pasta; drain and rinse well in cold water
Place in a large bowl
Add the fruit
Combine yogurt and orange juice concentrate
Pour over salad and toss to coat
Cover and chill for several hours
Yield: 10 servings.
