Pasta Alla Teresa
Pasta Alla Teresa is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. oil, 2 cloves garlic, crushed, 1/4 c. pine nuts and 2 oz. prosciutto, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Begin boiling water for pasta.
Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Saute garlic for 1 minute.
Cut Prosciutto and sundried tomatoes into thin julienne strips, stir into skillet with pine nuts and shrimp.
Saute for 2 minutes. Stir in cream, nutmeg, pepper and Parmesan cheese, bring mixture to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer over very low heat while cooking pasta.
