Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. uncooked small shell pasta, 1 c. black olives, sliced, 1 green pepper, diced, 4 green onions, chopped and 1 small jar diced pimentos, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook the pasta in boiling water (do not overcook); drain in colander.
Pour warm pasta in bowl and pour Wish-Bone dressing over.
Cool at room temperature.
Meanwhile, dice green peppers and thinly slice onions.
Cube the cheese into 1/4-inch cubes.
Add all to pasta except cheese and parsley.
They can be added just before serving.
Serve on a lettuce leaf.
