Passover Rolls
Passover Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. matzo meal, 1 tsp. salt, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1 c. water and 1/2 c. peanut oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine matzo meal, salt and pepper. Bring oil and water to a boil.
Add to matzo mixture.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Allow to stand 15 minutes.
With oiled hands, shape into rolls and place on well-greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375Β° for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
