Party Stuffed Bell Peppers
Party Stuffed Bell Peppers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 large green bell peppers, 2 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1 clove garlic, crushed and chopped and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Heat oven to 350Β°. Cut peppers in half through stem.
Remove and discard seeds.
Place peppers in a lightly greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan, cut side up.
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining ingredients; blend well.
Use a scoop to equally divide beef mixture into inside of bell peppers.
Press gently to fill all of inside.
Heap on top if necessary.
Pour 1 quart of prepared spaghetti sauce over tops and bake 30 minutes or until beef is cooked.
