Made with 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, 3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix, 1 large onion, finely chopped, 6 eggs, well beaten and 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain well and squeeze to remove excess moisture. Combine spinach with remaining ingredients, mixing well. Shape mixture into 3/4-inch balls and place on lightly greased (or spray with Pam) cookie sheets.
Bake at 325Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Yields 11 dozen.
