Let sausage come to room temperature.
Heat oven to 325Β°. With hands, combine sausage and cheese together in a bowl.
Add Bisquick and blend in thoroughly.
Roll into little marble-size balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 30 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
Makes about 100 balls.
