Party Potatoes
Party Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8-10 medium potatoes, 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 4 oz. carton sour cream, salt and pepper to taste and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Peel and slice potatoes.
Boil until tender and drain. Beat softened cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed until well blended.
Add hot potatoes gradually, beating until light and fluffy.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Add chives and toss carefully.
Put in a 2 quart greased casserole.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
325Β° for 25 minutes.
