Party Pink Salad
Party Pink Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (no. 2) can crushed pineapple, 24 large marshmallows, 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese and 3/4 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain juice from can of pineapple.
Mix juice with 24 marshmallows.
Place over low heat until marshmallows dissolve. Remove; add jello.
Stir until dissolved.
Cool slightly.
Add cottage cheese, pineapple, chopped nuts and cherries.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
Chill until firm.
