Party Pink Salad
Party Pink Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple, 1 (6 oz.) box strawberry jello, 2 c. cottage cheese, 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped and 25 large marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Drain pineapple and put juice and marshmallows in pan over low to medium heat.
Stir until melted.
Stir in dry jello and remove from heat.
Cool while whipping cream.
Stir pineapple, cottage cheese and whipped cream into jello mixture.
Pour into buttered mold and refrigerate.
