Combine cereals, pretzels and nuts in a large microwave cooking bag.
Combine margarine, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt in a small bowl.
Microwave on High for 1 minute or until margarine is melted. Pour over cereal mixture.
With bag open, microwave on High for 3 minutes.
Shake.
Microwave on High another 3 minutes.
