Party Meatballs
Party Meatballs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground chuck, 3 slices stale bread, moistened in milk, 2 eggs, beaten, 1/2 c. chopped parsley and 1 c. finely chopped onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix all but barbecue sauce and soup together; roll into bite-size balls.
Place on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan.
Bake at 400Β° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Mix barbecue sauce and soup in pan; heat slightly.
Pour over meatballs in a chafing dish.
Replenish meatballs in existing sauce as they are needed.
Have toothpicks on hand for guests to serve themselves.
Makes about 200 meatballs.
