Party Mashed Potatoes
Party Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 9 large potatoes, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. sour cream, 2 tsp. onion salt and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Peel and cook potatoes until tender.
Drain the potatoes and mash with an electric mixer.
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, butter and pepper.
Mix together on low speed, then whip on high speed until they are light and fluffy.
Spoon into a buttered large casserole or pan.
Dot the potatoes with butter; sprinkle with paprika.
(At this point, you may cool, cover and refrigerate the casserole overnight.)
Bake, covered, at 325Β° for 1 hour.
Top with the grated cheese and bake, uncovered, for 30 additional minutes.
