Party Eggnog
Party Eggnog is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 eggs, 1/2 c. white corn syrup, 1/4 tsp. ground ginger, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg, 2 qt. orange juice, chilled and 1/2 c. lemon juice, chilled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Beat eggs well.
Mix in syrup, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Stir in orange juice and lemon juice.
Cut ice cream into chunks the size of small eggs.
Put into large punch bowl.
Pour ginger ale over ice cream.
Stir in egg mixture.
Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Makes 6 quarts.
