Party Chicken
Party Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) jar dried beef, 6 to 8 boneless chicken breasts, bacon (1 slice per breast), 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 8 oz. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Spread dried beef.
Place in a casserole that has been sprayed with Pam.
Wrap chicken breasts with bacon slices.
Lay them on beef.
Combine soup, sour cream and mushrooms; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with parsley.
Bake, uncovered, at 250Β° for 3 hours.
Or, bake for 30 minutes in microwave, turning dish several times.
