Party Cheese Log
Party Cheese Log is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese, 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1/4 c. finely chopped onion and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Soften cream cheese in microwave oven on 50% power for 1 minute.
Stir in Blue and Cheddar cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
Microwave on Medium until cheeses are softened, about 1 minute longer.
Beat cheese mixture on low speed, scraping bowl often until cheeses are blended.
Beat on medium speed until fluffy, about 1 minute.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Using wax paper, shape cheese mixture into a 6-inch log; roll in parsley. Refrigerate until firm.
