Party Cheese Ball
Party Cheese Ball is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, thin sliced ham or turkey, cut in small pieces, 1/4 tsp. red pepper, 1 c. pecans, finely chopped and 1 bunch green onions, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Let cream cheese soften at room temperature for about 1 hour.
Using plastic gloves, mix cream cheese, ham or turkey (use as much as desired), green onions, red pepper and Worcestershire sauce; mix well and form into a ball.
Roll in pecans until covered and store in refrigerator.
Serve with your favorite crackers.
