Party Candy Strawberries
Party Candy Strawberries is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. finely chopped pecans, 3 c. finely shredded coconut, 3/4 c. strawberry gelatin (dry), 1 can sweetened condensed milk and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix nuts, coconut and gelatin in a bowl.
Stir in milk, vanilla and enough food coloring for strawberry color.
Chill overnight.
Shape into strawberries using about 1 teaspoon mixture for each strawberry.
Roll each berry in additional gelatin.
Let stand until dry.
Using green frosting, shape leaves on each strawberry.
Makes 80 to 100 small strawberries.
