Brown chicken in butter and Italian dressing mix *(reserve 1/2 teaspoon of Italian dressing mix).
Place in baking dish.
Mix soup, cream cheese with chives and Sauturne.
Pour over chicken. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Baste 2 to 3 times.
Serve over rice.
