Partridge Pie
Partridge Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 partridge, cooked and diced, 1/4 lb. melted oleo, 3 chopped onions, 6 tbsp. flour and 2 1/2 c. broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Boil partridge in salted water until tender.
Allow to cool. Remove meat from bones and dice.
Save broth.
Saute onions in butter.
Add flour; stir.
Add broth and cook until thick.
Put pie crust in deep pie pan.
Add meat; pour filling over and cover with top crust.
Bake at 350Β° until brown.
