Parsley Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. potatoes, 1/2 c. butter, 1/4 c. minced parsley and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Peel and cut potatoes into 2-inch pieces.
Put into saucepan and cover with water.
Cook until tender and then drain off the water.
