Parsley Potatoes
Parsley Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 6 medium red or white potatoes, 1/4 c. margarine, 1 tbsp. parsley flakes, dried, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Peel and quarter potatoes.
Place potatoes and water in pan and cover.
Cook until potatoes are tender, 12 to 15 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Drain.
Melt butter; pour over potatoes.
Stir in parsley flakes.
This can also be cooked in the microwave.
