Parmesan Potatoes
Parmesan Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp. garlic salt (or powder), 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices (if smooth, do not peel), 1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. margarine and 1/4 c. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine first 4 ingredients.
Dredge potatoes in mixture. Layer potatoes in a Pam-sprayed 2-quart casserole dish.
Drizzle margarine (melted) over potatoes.
Bake in a 400Β° oven for 1 hour, uncovered.
Sprinkle more garlic salt over potatoes after you put them in pan (if desired).
(Can be cut larger than French fries.)
