Parmesan Potatoes
Parmesan Potatoes is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, 1 stick or more margarine, soy sauce to taste and parmesan cheese (generous amount), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Wash and cut into bite size pieces; slice pieces of margarine (pour over top of potatoes).
Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons soy sauce over potatoes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook at 400Β° for about 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
Remove from oven; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
