Parmesan Potatoes
Parmesan Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 6 large potatoes, scrubbed, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper and 1/3 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Place butter on large jelly roll pan. Heat in oven until melted; set aside.
Pare potatoes and quarter lengthwise.
In a large plastic bag, combine cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
Shake to coat.
Place potatoes in butter on pan. Cook 1 hour and turn halfway through cooking.
Serves 6.
