Parmesan Potato Sticks
Parmesan Potato Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs, 1/2 c. parmesan cheese, 1/8 tsp. garlic powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Preheat oven to 400Β°. Spray
13X9 inch dish with Pam. In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and set aside. Peel potatoes and cut lengthwise into quarters; cut each quarter lengthwise into 3 strips. Wash strips in colander. Dip each strip in the melted butter, then in the parmesan mixture. Coat completely. Place in a single layer in baking dish. Pour any remaining butter over potatoes. Bake 30-35 minutes or until tender, turning once or twice.
