Parmesan Pepper Butter
Parmesan Pepper Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened, 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal wing blade, place butter, Parmesan cheese, salt and black pepper; process using on and off motions until combined, about 30 seconds.
(Or place all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir until combined.)
Serve with hot cooked corn-on-the-cob or other steamed vegetables.
Makes 1/2 cup.
