Parmesan Fries
Parmesan Fries is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese, 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt, 4 unpeeled large russet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each and 1 tbsp. margarine or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Heat oven to 400°.
Grease cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, combine cheese and salt.
Brush potato wedges with margarine and place on greased cookie sheet.
Sprinkle wedges with cheese to coat.
Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm with ketchup, barbecue sauce or melted cheese.
