Parmesan Chicken
Parmesan Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 stick butter, melted, 6 c. finely crushed rice krispies, 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated and 1 c. parmesan cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Mix rice krispies, cheeses, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken in melted butter.
Coat chicken with breading mix.
Grease, with butter, not Pam, a 13 x 9-inch glass casserole.
Sprinkle small amount of remaining coating in bottom of casserole.
Put chicken in dish, cover chicken with remaining coating.
Bake at 375Β° for 45 to 50 minutes.
