Parmesan Chicken
Parmesan Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, 1 egg, slightly beaten, 1/2 c. progresso italian seasoned bread crumbs, 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese and 2 to 3 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Pound chicken breasts until 1/4 inch thick.
Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese together in a shallow pan or bowl.
Melt butter in fry pay over medium heat.
Dip chicken pieces in egg, then in bread crumbs mixture and fry in butter about 5 minutes per side or until done.
Remove from pan.
Serves 4.
