Parmesan Chicken
Parmesan Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, beaten, 4 to 6 chicken breasts, split, 1 pkg. progresso italian flavor bread crumbs, 1 stick butter and 1 (34 oz.) jar ragu, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Dip chicken into beaten eggs and roll into bread crumbs.
Melt butter in frypan and brown chicken on both sides.
(Do not try to cook done, just brown.)
Put browned chicken into casserole dish; pour Ragu sauce over chicken. Cover with grated Mozzarella cheese evenly.
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350Β°, covered.
Sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese when removed from oven.
Serve hot.
